This was the first time we used the crystal handle lock sets and they turn out beautiful. Just had an issue with the order on my end and I tried to contact them right after I made the mistake and there was no way to get in touch with them to speak with someone on the phone. Had I reached them right away it could have been avoided, but it took awhile to get an email/Chat response. It was easy to install and it looks good. It’s sturdy and turns right or left whichever way you like to twist your door open haha.
Good product and easy to install, I give a 4 stars just because you need to figure out about the spring and the way of the pins, after that really nice product
